Beyond48 / Teenstreet Ireland

Wow what a weekend!! There were 370 people for the 1st Teenstreet Ireland. God went above and beyond our prayers and really touched many lives at this weekend. The main speakers were Dan & Suzie Potter and were really used by God to reach the Irish teens. The teens loved them. Om Ireland & a team of youth leaders really put in a lot of work and the weekend was a success. People are already asking when is the next one??? And for it to be at least a week long, haha I think we'd be shattered. Anyhow Beyond48 happened on the 17th-19th of Feb '07. Myself & Alex were responsible for the Interaction Zone, which happened in the evening. We had Sumo suits, seating area for chilling out, book shop, prayer wall, play station area, table tennis, main stage where we had fear factor, games and a dj. It was hard work but so worth it when you saw all the teens having a laugh and mixing. We were also responsible for going on stage & giving a few announcements ahhh we were so nervous getting up there with so many people in front of us.
